Daily exercise leads to a healthy lifestyle. There are various ways to accomplish a toned up body and to keep us fit. Some people tend to do exercise for reducing weight, whereas some do it just for the sake of keeping themselves physically and mentally alert and fit. Aerobics, swimming, jogging, yoga, gym exercises, cycling are some of the most worked out exercises. Off late yoga has been the most practiced exercise for the well being of both the mind and body of an individual. Enough amount of physical activity can only keep one’s body fit. But in every day’s lifestyle exercises have the least importance. Exercises improve our physical strength, also allows ample amount of blood circulation, prevents illness, alerts senses, gives relaxation, tones up the muscles and joints etc. One who does regular exercises is the one who pays the least amount of medical bills and pays the least number of visits to the doctor.

Many medical institutes have recommended an hour of physical exercises to keep yourself fit and robust. To ensure a safe and sound life one can practice any form of exercise. Doing yoga has been recognized as one of the best ways to have a virile life. Eating also constitutes a major part in our health. Hence it is necessary to avoid foods with high amount of fat content, which contributes to most of the heart problems. Drinking lot of water can improve digestion, reduce skin problems etc. Walking or running can burn the body fat and calories. Avoiding junk food can also help in achieving good health.

Exercises can be practiced in home atmosphere also. Any room with good ventilation can be used to practice exercises. Even patients diagnosed with diabetes can cater to regular exercises which will help in a better lifestyle. Doing weight bearing exercises can strengthen the bones of the body, whereas push ups are known to reduce the unwanted tummy. Doing proper yoga can tend to every single bone, muscle and joint of your body. Depending upon the free time available and our requirements, we can choose the type of exercise that best suits us. But one should not avoid doing exercise regularly.

Certain works, which were nothing but pure exercises are now done by machines. Nowadays no women do the tiresome works that are once done by them. Yoga can be associated with various stages of a woman’s life. A woman’s roles and responsibilities change in every stage of life.

Be it adolescence to womanhood, motherhood or menopause the women’s outlook of life changes and so does the work she is does. Practicing specific yogasanas during pregnancy period can put the women in a safer, calmer and pleasant place. Doing yoga during this wonderful period can make them physically and mentally prepared for the laboring process. In the present scenario most of the women work in software industries. Software industries mean more mental stress for the women.
