They want to get almost immediately though they don’t think of all these things when they see the food on their table. Only after they eat they realize that they shouldn’t have eaten. Let us now see some common routines to be followed in daily life to lose weight. Brisk walking for about 45 minutes or slow jogging for about 30 minutes followed by pranayama would be a better solution for losing weight. The above must be made a routine. With out any laziness the above should be followed every morning.<br />

It is always recommended not to resort to short cuts to lose weight. Housewives can always reserve some of their home chores after dinner so that you could avoid obesity. Cycling and playing badminton in the morning till you sweat profusely may even help ladies turn very slim with absolutely flat waist. Youngsters may go to gyms to reduce their weight almost immediately. But being regular is important. Never remain without exercising. Get properly trained with the exercises.<br />

Suryanamaskar helps you in stretching your stomach front and back which on practice may give stiffness to your waist and avoid paunches. Swimming is very similar to Suryanamaskar. It provides good exercise to your stomach where most of your fat gets settled. Dancing to fast numbers may even be a good solution as all of your body gets involved in it.<br />
Always start exercises after warm up and finish exercising with a &#8216;cool down&#8217; period. This helps in getting the heart accustomed to the sudden changes in the activity levels. Aerobics, swimming, jogging, yoga, gym exercises, cycling are some of the most worked out exercises. Off late yoga has been the most practiced exercise for the well being of both the mind and body of an individual. Enough amount of physical activity can only keep one’s body fit. But in every day’s lifestyle exercises have the least importance. Exercises improve our physical strength, also allows ample amount of blood circulation, prevents illness, alerts senses, gives relaxation, tones up the muscles and joints etc. One who does regular exercises is the one who pays the least amount of medical bills and pays the least number of visits to the doctor.</p>

With the growth of Information Technology and increasing speed of life people are bound to their computers and their comfortable couch as the job is more sedentary with more pressure to the brain. Thus there is no scope of physical work in a day for such people. With all these late working hours exerts more pressure on them. The day ends with a lot of food and sleep. Physical Activity rounds about to nearly zero. The result is heart attack, hyper tension, diabetes, obesity. For a longer and healthy life in the long run some basic exercises should be fit into your call sheet.  Now let us review some exercises that would help us in overcoming all the above problems.<br />

Simply strolling around is never considered as an exercise. Slow walking for about an hour would surely help. This should be followed at least for 4 days a week. If the person is young then he could go in for a brisk walk for 45 minutes a day. Brisk walk is a very good exercise for the heart too. Always try walking a little after eating to avoid obesity.<br />
Jogging is a quicker pace of walking. Slow jogging in the mornings would have good effect over the hearts health. Sprinting recommended only for younger people increases the heart beat of the person and thereby increases blood flow. It should be remembered that anyone of the above would suffice.<br />
Youngsters and middle aged people can always resort to playing outdoor games like badminton. It gives work to all parts of your body and regenerates freshness. It is seriously recommended to play badminton to cure obesity. Similarly push ups and swimming will help to increase the blood flow and burn unwanted fat.<br />
Let us assume you are going out say 2 km. A common practice is to take your bike or car. Avoid this practice and resort to cycling that distance. It would prove to be of a good exercise. One should not cycle for very far destinations. It is too harmful for the liver whose position may change due to long hours cycling</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In today’s fast paced world, when everybody is running behind their careers to make more money and attain more fame, health is definitely taking a back seat.  The good news though, is that the awareness of ill effects of neglecting our health is spreading as fast as wild fire and even youngsters in their early twenties have starting joining fitness centers and fitness gyms to keep their body fit and healthy.</p>
<p>Physical fitness is an asset that is absolutely invaluable and a person who is physically fit can accomplish anything that he undertakes.  Exercises keep us fit because they tone and shape our body muscles and make them taut.  It is like how a potter makes beautiful mud pots out of the mundane clay – he moulds and uses his hands to tend the clay to become beautiful pots.  Similarly each and every one has to take care of their physical fitness by exercising regularly.</p>
<p>When we exercise, our muscles lose their flab and the body becomes more agile and light.  Once the flab is lost, then the body loses the horrid shape and comes back to the actual shape – for both women and men.  Women are also joining fitness gyms specially designed for them – with an all woman image as they are also becoming very concerned about their health.  We can see women of all age groups flocking such women’s fitness centre.</p>
<p>Another advantage while exercising to maintain physical fitness is that we acquire a lot muscle tissue.  Muscle tissue is where the metabolism happens and a lowering of the metabolism rate results in excess storage of fat in the body.  Thus we see that fitness gyms that are found quite commonly today are doing a remarkable job in taking care of our personal fitness.<br />
However, care should be exercised and it is always better to consult a physician before signing up for any of these health and fitness programs.  The body condition of the individual needs to be thoroughly analyzed and all risks ruled out while engaging in cardio exercises like running on the treadmill.  The fitness trainers who are present in the fitness gym can also help in this regard.</p>
