Over a certain age, when human beings become old, there is a general tendency for the physical activity to reduce. If this cannot be continued, it has to be ensured that at least while starting the fitness program, there has to somebody to supervise. Why this is being stressed so much is that if these fitness exercise are done in the right way they would result in health and fitness. Similarly if not done properly these could create other problems like joint pains and back pains as well.
