Let us now see some common routines to be followed in daily life to lose weight. Brisk walking for about 45 minutes or slow jogging for about 30 minutes followed by pranayama would be a better solution for losing weight. The above must be made a routine. With out any laziness the above should be followed every morning.<br />

It is always recommended not to resort to short cuts to lose weight. Housewives can always reserve some of their home chores after dinner so that you could avoid obesity. Cycling and playing badminton in the morning till you sweat profusely may even help ladies turn very slim with absolutely flat waist. Youngsters may go to gyms to reduce their weight almost immediately. But being regular is important. Never remain without exercising. Get properly trained with the exercises.<br />
