Certain works, which were nothing but pure exercises are now done by machines. Nowadays no women do the tiresome works that are once done by them. Yoga can be associated with various stages of a woman’s life. A woman’s roles and responsibilities change in every stage of life.

Be it adolescence to womanhood, motherhood or menopause the women’s outlook of life changes and so does the work she is does. For this particular no-nonsense muscle buildingreason only the ancient yogis hailed yoga as the best way for women to nourish their health and well-being. Each stage of a women’s life can be benefited by different asanas, pranayama, meditation, mantras, cultivated attitudes and more with the help of yoga. Even pregnant women have specific yogasanas for the wellness of themselves and their child. The most creative and cherished period of a woman’s life is her pregnancy period. Practicing specific yogasanas during pregnancy period can put the women in a safer, calmer and pleasant place. Doing yoga during this wonderful period can make them physically and mentally prepared for the laboring process. In the present scenario most of the women work in software industries. Software industries mean more mental stress for the women.

Many women find it difficult to manage both their household chores and their office chores altogether. That is where yoga comes into help for the women. Yoga can give tremendous amount of mental relaxation for the women and also gives them physical energy to carry out the day’s work efficiently. During pregnancy the body experiences changes in the joints and musculature. Yoga assists in releasing that stress from the body. Yoga is usually associated with meditation, which helps one to relax their mind and soul to a greater extent. Yoga is the best form of exercise to stimulate the whole of the body. Yoga can also be practiced in the house with good ventilation. After a good practice of yoga, the mind becomes vibrant and this is the most needed for women because a woman always needs more energy than a man. Even women with certain ailments can practice yoga and lead a healthy life in harmony with the environment.
